Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping Worldwide. If your delivery address is based in England, Wales, or Scotland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and the British Isles) we can ship out stock parts on a next-day courier service.

If your shipping address is within Northern Ireland, we will aim to have your delivery with you within 48 hours using courier service.

If your shipping address is outside of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, then we will let you know the delivery lead time when your order has been placed.

We offer shipping using couriers, pallet deliveries, air freight or ship freight.

Overseas Customs Duties & Fees

If ordering to a delivery address which is outside of the UK, you’ll be contacted by the courier/delivery company if you need to pay any duties or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods. They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay. They will release the parcel from customs for delivery once the fees have been paid and will normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks until a return to us would then be arranged.

Silclear will provide all necessary paperwork to customs and the customer to complete the delivery service.
